They done extensive damages to my property July 14, 2024. They run their business out of an apartment complex have no license to run said business. Work in other cities and pull no permits. Jesus claims to be owner and is very unprofessional and will not even excess damages has no intention to make restitution

Beware doing business with this company. Now I am going to have to seek legal action against him and my neighbor for this fiasco. He encroached into my property in laying concrete slab, drastically changed the drainage between the homes. attached up to 12 inches of concrete up my brick 9wall does not sit on property line it’s inside my property).

Damaging over 27ft of the wall alone.

They have no license out of Arvada, CO where they claim to run their business from. It’s an apt complex. They have no license nor pulled any permit to work in Aurora, CO which is where the work and damages were done.

They came to do my driveway, they are very nice but the work is not good. Driveways cost a lot and they promise a lot. Then they get here try to change prices and pretend they didn’t understand what you want. They have not been back to finish and it looks terrible. It is not the color it should be not sure if they are using cheap concrete or what, but worse it has all kinds of weird marks. They were suppose to extend the driveway but when I did not want the sidewalk they did not do it and then started asking for more money then we agreed to. I will now have to go to court to get someone out here to repair this as this driveway looks bad. So be careful who you trust
